unlocking ranger secondary for my ele - Guild Wars Forums

i have all the classes unlocked for my ele except ranger. i cant seem to find the quest/nps who can do this.. can anyone tell me where to look?

Do you mean the person in the desert that gives you a mission that allows you to change your secondary? In that case I THINK that he is in Seekers Passage, but I wouldn??t bet any money on that. Get a second opinion, I might be wrong

There are 3 small outposts in the Desert, 1 of them must have a Ranger-Quest
